I was inspired to create The Sleep & Dream Book as a resource that gives children skills to calm themselves and fall asleep more easily.
Without quality sleep, every aspect of a child’s life and mental health is affected. When trauma is coupled with lack of sleep, children can become highly stressed and even suicidal. Yet, with a few simple skills and gentle encouragement, their health and quality of life can be powerfully supported.
For every copy of the Sleep & Dream book that you buy for your own use, one book is donated to a charity to support a child in need of comfort.
